Welcome to the Mio online RMA Support System 

This system supports creation of RMA (Return Material Authorization) for Mio and Navman units in Western Europe.
This means that whenever a Mio or Navman unit has a problem that cannot be solved by doing a software update via our website you can start the repair process by choosing 'Create RMA'.

In case you have a defect accessory please contact our call center.

Before you create an RMA please do the following:

In case you have a faulty accessory please contact our call center via our websites.

After the RMA is created you can view the status anytime on this website by choosing 'Check RMA'.

New customers can register on this website by sending an email to account-creation@mio.com or calling our call center.
